Darwin Beckel, president of technology company Litton's Guidance & Control Systems division since 1993, has been elected a corporate vice-president of Litton Industries, of Woodland Hills, California. Ted Gordon also becomes a corporate vice-president and is appointed to head the Washington office, in Arlington, Virginia. Gordon, formerly director of federal liaison, takes over from John Stirk, who is to retire at the end of March.
