Timothy Westover has been appointed president of the Litton Systems Canada subsidiary of Litton Industries of Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. He succeeds Thomas McGuigan, who has resigned. Westover was formerly vice-president of business management at Litton Laser Systems division, of Apopka, Florida.
