Ayres' Loadmaster utility aircraft is expected to fly in the third quarter of this year, leading to certification at the end of next year - a slip of about 12 months from the original schedule.

The fuselage and the wing of the first Loadmaster have been mated following delivery of the wing and tail by Ayres' Czech subsidiary, Let. The first Honeywell CTP800 twin-turboshaft/single-propeller powerplant is due for delivery in April.
