London City Airport, of the UK, has appointed Richard Gooding managing director. Gooding, who is now chief executive of London Luton Airport, will take the new position on 1 August. He has worked with British European Airways (later British Airways), and is a former operations director at Manchester Airport and managing director of US-owned ground-handling company Ogden Allied.
