Loral

Space Systems/Loral of Palo Alto, California, a subsidiary of high-technology company Loral, of New York City, has appointed John Klineberg executive vice-president of Globalstar programmes. He was formerly director of US space organisation NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland.
