Jules Frohmann has been named president of Loral Defense Systems - East, of New York. Frohmann, previously group vice-president for several Loral product lines and president of Loral Defense Systems - Akron, replaces Vincent Obsitnik, who is to take an assignment with Loral Corporation, focusing on special corporate matters.
