Canadian low fare carrier CanJet Airlines is expanding its fleet with the introduction of two more Boeing 737-200s on lease from US Airways. Its fifth 737 was delivered this month, with a sixth due in December. The Halifax-based discount carrier, which launched services in September in Eastern Canada, is focusing on operations between Halifax, Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Montreal. The airline says it is negotiating to acquire six more 737s next year.
