Lufthansa will take a majority stake in Air Dolomiti, the Team Lufthansa regional airline based in northern Italy, and may take over the airline completely. The German carrier will pay Air Dolomiti's owner Alcide Leali roughly €40 million ($43 million) for an additional 31.2% stake, giving it a total 51.9% holding.
