Dieter Heinen has been named senior vice-president for Northern and Eastern Europe at the Lufthansa Passenger Airline business unit, based in London, UK. He was previously senior vice-president for Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Claus Tilgner has become managing director of Lufthansa Shannon Turbine Technologies, the Irish subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik, which carries out repairs to combustors and components of high-pressure turbines. He was formerly business manager.
