A Xian Aircraft MA60 turboprop operated by Chinese carrier Joy Air was damaged after its nose landing gear collapsed at Zhengzhou Xinzheng International airport.
The aircraft was operating flight JR1533 from Taiyuan-Zhengzhou service, and was taxiing after landing when the incident happened, says the manufacturer AVIC in a statement. Flightglobal’s Ascend Online Fleets database indicates that the aircraft bears registration B-3455.
None of the 44 passengers and crew members on board were injured.
Ascend’s database shows that Joy Air has a fleet of eight MA60 turboprops. The particular aircraft, MSN 804, was manufactured in 2009. It is owned and managed by AVIC International Leasing.
