Macau-based Jet Asia has ordered a Raytheon Hawker 800XP for executive charter services throughout China and South EastAsia. The mid-sized business jet will be delivered in the third quarter, joining a larger Bombardier Challenger already used on charters in the region.

Jet Asia is a partnership between private investor Peter Kjaer and Dr Stanley Ho, chairman of Macau's sole casino franchise holder.

Bombardier, meanwhile, plans to deliver two Challenger 604s to Global Aviation later this year, for use on executive charter services in China and elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region. Global is a subsidiary of worldwide private- charter operator Winfair Group.
