Canadian Marconi has secured two new contracts for Satcom antennas. Its CMA-2102 High Gain antenna has been selected by Continental Airlines for its new Boeing 777 and 767-400 aircraft and by Gulf Air for its Airbus A330-200 fleet.

The antennae will provide onboard telephone, data and fax services via the Inmarsat Aero-H satellite.

The CMA-2102 is the industry's most popular Aero-H antenna, chosen by 40 airlines worldwide. The Inmarsat service is soon to play a major role in air traffic control when the ICAO's Communications, Navigation and Surveillance/Air traffic Management (CNS/ATM) system is implemented.

Canadian Marconi can be found at Hall 4, Stand E4.
