Boullioun Aviation Services and Singapore Aircraft Leasing Enterprise (SALE) have completed the sale and lease-back of two Airbus A319s delivered to Sabena in July. SALE leased three A320s to Sabena earlier this year. Austrian regional Rheintalflug has exercised an option for an Embraer ERJ-145 for delivery next February. The deal takes the airline's firm orders to four aircraft. Amsterdam-based lessor debis Air Finance has purchased two Boeing 737-500s from French charter operator Euralair International, which are on lease to LOT Polish Airlines. Angel Airlines, a new Romanian regional airline, has taken delivery of the first of five second hand British Aerospace Jetstream 32s on lease from the manufacturer's aircraft services arm. BAE Systems is also providing maintenance as part of the deal and the remaining aircraft will be delivered by the end of the year.
