UK freight specialist HeavyLift is to add two Rolls-Royce RB211-powered Tupolev Tu-204-120Cs on wet lease from Cairo Aviation, a division of the Tu-204 leasing group Sirocco Aerospace, in February and May. It is understood that the twinjets will be operated on behalf of express parcels carrier TNT. Transaero has returned its single Pratt & Whitney PW4000-powered A310-300 to Airbus. UK regional carrier Eastern Airways has acquired an Embraer ERJ-135 from City Airline, which has has replaced a Fokker 50 on three times daily Norwich-Aberdeen services. Finnair will take three A320s and one A321 from International Lease Finance between March and October 2003 on 10 year leases.
