Pegasus Aviation has leased two Boeing 727-200 Super 27s with Caracas-based Aeropostal Alas de Venezuela. Pegasus has also leased a passenger 727-200A and re-engined a 727 Super 27 freighter to Miami-based Falcon Air Express, principally for operations in Latin America. Irish leasing company Pembroke has ordered two additional Boeing 717s for delivery next year. The deal takes its 717 orders to 27aircraft. BMI British Midland has exercised options on twoERJ-135s and two ERJ-140s for delivery to its BMI Commuter division between January and April next year, taking its ERJ orders to 14. Commercial Aerospace Services (CASCO), based in Horsham, UK, has purchased an ex-United Arab Emirates BAe 146-100. Air Salvage International has not purchased the aircraft as previously reported, but is dismantling it for CASCO at Bournemouth airport (Flight International 23-29 January).
