1. Air Mediterranee, based in Lourdes, France, is to take delivery of two Airbus A321s on lease from International Lease Finance (ILFC) this month.
2. Palma, Majorca-based charter start-up Hola Airlines has leased two Boeing 737-300s from Ansett Worldwide for operation on services between the Balearic Islands and destinations in Germany and Austria.
3. Kazakhstan carrier Air Astana has taken delivery of its first 737-800, which will be operated alongside two recently delivered -700s, all leased from ILFC.
4. Emirates has ordered two additional Rolls-Royce Trent 772-powered Airbus A330-200s for delivery in June and October 2003.
5. Iberia has phased out its two remaining Airbus A300B4s, bringing to an end over 20 years of operations of the twin-engined widebody.
