A Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777-200ER was forced to return to Stockholm Arlanda after take-off when debris emerged from the No 1 Rolls-Royce Trent 800. There were no flightdeck alerts during the 3 November incident, but the crew dumped fuel and returned to land safely. R-R says the incident "does not appear to have been caused by the Trent 800" and although "debris passed through the engine, it continued to operate safely".
