Bombardier Aerospace has opened a new regional support office in Dubai, increasing service levels for its Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft customers in the Middle East and Africa.

This is Bombardier's sixth regional support office outside North America in the past three years. It brings aircraft technical expertise, flight operations support and customer account management functions closer to its customers.

The newest one is at Dubai International airport beside the company's parts depot, which is operated in conjunction with ExecuJet Aviation, Bombardier's authorised service facility in the region.

Bombardier says that its Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft account for over 23% of deliveries in the past five years.
