US handling specialist Ogden Aviation has taken a non-controlling stake in Lebanese cargo carrier Trans Mediterranean Air- ways. Ogden will use the stake - acquired in conjunction with Sovereign Air Services - to expand activities in the Middle East. Ogden has also acquired Flight Services Group of the USA, a provider of fixed base operations.
