·        Illinois-based AAR has acquired the assets of Honeywell subsidiary Hermetic Aircraft International, which provides aftermarket support in North America for European component manufacturers. Hermetic had sales last year of $20 million. The move expands AAR's support of Airbus and regional aircraft.

·        TI Group has bought French aerospace sealing company, Impervia, for £10.5 million ($15.5 million). TI's Speciality Polymer Products sector will incorporate Impervia within Shamban, its recently-formed polymer sealings business.

·        Lufthansa Technik has revealed that it paid $96 million for its recent purchase of a 40% stake in Hawker Pacific Aerospace.

·        Servisair has acquired General Aviation Services, ground handling service provider in Piarco and Crown Point airports, Trinidad and Tobago.

·        Ericsson Saab Avionics has acquired consultants EMC Services, allowing it to provide customers with analysis, simulations, design support, testing and training.
