Metro Business Aviation (MBA) has agreed to acquire London's Battersea Heliport from industrial conglomerate GKN. The sale is set for completion by the end of the year. The Battersea-based facility, the only commercial heliport in London, will complement Harrods department store-owned MBA's fixed based operation, aircraft management and charter business.
