Midway Airlines is discussing the possibility of arranging a frequent flier programme deal with other US major carriers to replace the one it has with American Airlines. This deal expires on 30 April. Midway and American have offered reciprocal frequent flier benefits to their passengers since 1995, when Midway took over the Raleigh-Durham hub that had been abandoned by American.
