The Russian air force has lifted a grounding order imposed on its MiG-29 fighters after a fatal crash on 12 May. The provisional findings of an investigation into the incident indicate that the aircraft's wing clipped the ground when its pilot performed an unauthorised barrel roll near Andreapol airfield.
