MIG MAPO has rolled out the MiG-29UBT two-seat multirole combat aircraft at the LII research centre at Zhukovsky. The aircraft has the enlarged dorsal spine and advanced cockpit displays of the single-seat MiG-29SMT. The aft cockpit has three liquid crystal display screens, with the left and right screens apparently identical to those in the MiG-29SMT (Flight International, 12-18 August).The MiG-29UBT could make its first public appearance at the Farnborough air show.
