Kazan Helicopters postponed the delivery of four Mi-17 transport helicopters to Indonesia late last month, after a $3 million downpayment for the aircraft went missing. The Indonesian government has ordered an investigation to locate the money, and Kazan says the aircraft will be delivered "soon". Kazan is also in negotiations to sell Vietnam additional aircraft to bolster the country's fleet of around 59 Mi-8/Mi-17s.
