KTX-1
Design work on the KTX-1 turboprop trainer began in 1988, with four prototypes, out of a total of six, now flying in the test programme. The fifth KTX-1, which was expected to fly by mid-1998, is the first pre-production aircraft. Daewoo has had to considerably modify the base design as aresult of handling shortfalls with the first prototypes.
