T-4
Kawasaki developed the T-4 advanced jet trainer as a replacement for the Lockheed T-33 trainers operated by the Japan Air Self-Defence Force. Deliveries of the aircraft began in 1988, against an envisaged requirement for 200 aircraft. The T-4 is powered by two Kawasaki.
