US Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta and new European transport commissioner Jacques Barrot have asked their negotiating teams to look at resurrecting the stalled US-Europe Union Open Skies talks. The pair, who met for the first time in late March, asked their teams to find common ground on which formal negotiations can be resumed.
