MotorSport Vision, owner and operator of five UK motorsport circuits, including Brands Hatch, has received a licence from the UK Civil Aviation Authority for its newly developed Bedford aerodrome, home to MSV's motorsport driving complex, Formula 2 racing car fleet and its Beechcraft King Air B200GT.
The aircraft - registration G-OMSV - is used to transport MSV's executives and guests to racing circuits throughout Europe. The approval paves the way for the former military aerodrome to offer commercial visual flight rules daytime flights from the 1,000m (3,280ft) runway.
MSV's aircraft is also used for third party charter operating under the Synergy Aviation's aircraft operator's certificate.
