Rolls-Royce has appointed Sanad Aerotech as an authorised maintenance centre (AMC).
The engine manufacturer says Sanad will triple the number of Trent 700s it services annually at its Abu Dhabi facility.
Sanad joins an expanding network of independent AMCs providing support for the Trent 700 engines powering more than 800 Airbus A330s worldwide, under Rolls-Royce's CareNetwork programme.
"This agreement demonstrates not only the 'Power of Trent' but also our commitment to an expanded services network, as well as our ability to strategically plan for greater service capacity where we need it," states Rolls-Royce chief customer officer for civil aerospace Dominic Horwood.
He adds: "As several Trent 700 engines reach the end of their first lifecycle, Sanad Aerotech will be a valuable addition to our network, ensuring aircraft availability and completing essential maintenance work for our customers in the Middle East region and beyond."
