Aviation and business innovation consulting firm TeamSAI M&E has added US low-cost carrier Spirit Airlines as a customer.
The firm will provide Spirit with a package of services, including maintenance programmes & reliability analysis; and maintenance planning and aircraft records from M&E Solutions' "cafeteria-style" offerings of technical support services.
"Spirit Airlines needed a turn-key solution with robust, but nimble infrastructure that could move quickly," says Spirit Airlines vice president of technical operation Joe Meszaro in a statement released at the Aviation Week MRO Americas event in Miami.
M&E Solutions president David Marcontell adds: "M&E Solutions is staffed with experienced executives and employees to assure support is provided with an absolute understanding of airline operations and regulations independent of OEM or MRO affiliation."
