Horizon Technology has released details of Mutacts (memory-unit tactical aircrew training system) which it is developing for the Swiss and Finnish air forces' McDonnell Douglas F-18s. The system accurately reconstructs complex training sorties for later digital playback using computer graphics and simulation. Synchronised displays of mission data and aircraft videos from different types of aircraft are also possible.
