NASA ER-2 returns to flight

One of NASA's two Lockheed Martin ER-2 high-altitude research aircraft has returned to flight after a lengthy overhaul. The aircraft, a civilian U-2, will be used to calibrate and validate data from sensors on the recently launched Calipso and CloudSat satellites.
