FALCON WINGLETS

Dassault and Aviation Partners have flight tested winglets on a Falcon 2000EX, and plans are being drawn up to offer the drag-reducing devices for retrofit to the Falcon 2000 family, Falcon 50, and later the Falcon 900.

OUTFITTER DEALS

Sino Swearingen Aircraft has selected Stevens Aviation of South Carolina to complete its SJ30 light jet, and Embraer has picked Delaware-based DeCrane Aircraft to outfit its Lineage 1000 large-cabin jet, which is based on the E-190 airliner.

SHUTTLE TIE-UP

Bombardier has teamed with Michigan-based Aerodynamics (ADI) to offer fleet management of Challenger 850-series corporate shuttles for US customers. ADI operates an Airbus A319 and six Embraer ERJ-135s on shuttles.

EXPRESS DIVISION

US regional carrier ExpressJet Airlines has formed an executive jet charter division. ExpressJet Corporate Aviation will begin operations in December with a 50-seat former airline Embraer ERJ-145XR, and plans to grow the fleet to 10 aircraft by May.
