Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is to create a new center for advanced research in aeronautics and propulsion systems. The university was awarded a three-year $14.5m grant in July to establish the Florida Center for Advanced Aero-Propulsion (FCAAP). Dr Reda (Ray) Mankbadi will head up the center’s research programs.
