Clay Lacy Aviation says business at its Phenom repair station at California's Van Nuys airport has grown by 50% since last year. The charter, FBO and maintenance specialist has also added Garmin to its avionics partners.

CLA has been an Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 authorized service station for almost three years, and director of maintenance David Anderson says client feedback has been "overwhelmingly positive".

He adds: "Recently, an East Coast Phenom operator experienced a maintenance issue after landing at Van Nuys Airport and we were able to diagnose the problem, replace a component with an in-stock part and have the plane ready for flight the next morning."
