Luma Technologies has won its first supplemental type certification for its LT-4500 suite of integrated LED caution warning panels for King Air series aircraft. The initial installation was on the largest of the Hawker Beechcraft King Air range, the 1900D, fitted with a Proline21 avionic fit, but Luma has also kitted an Elliott Aviation 1900D with a Garmin 1000 suite. Meanwhile, Luma parent company Advanced Quality has announced that it has bought back all outstanding shares in the company from former partner Transas Aviation.
