Safe Flight has notched up two more supplemental type certifications for its AutoPower automatic throttle system, announcing today that the product can be retrofitted on the Hawker Beechcraft Hawker 900, 850, 800 and 750, as well as the Gulfstream G150 and G200. It is also available as an option on new G150s.
The White Plains-based company has been a pioneer of stall warning and angle of attack, automatic throttle and wind shear warning systems from 1946. Thomas Grunbeck, senior vice president sales & marketing, says Safe Flight products are installed on over-two thirds of the world's commercial, military and general aviation aircraft.
