Viking Air is showing the first Twin Otter Series 400 adorned in a custom Wipaire executive interior.
“This aircraft is a wonderful example of the interior and exterior finish capabilities we offer,” says Lee Webb, vice-president of aircraft services for Wipaire.
Wipaire has designed and built floats for sea planes for more than 50 years, most recently including the Wipline 13000 for the Viking Series 400 Twin Otter.
Now the St Paul, Minnesota-based company has developed an executive interior for the aircraft.

The new cabin includes a four-place club lay-out for executive seating and 12 standard seats. A custom headliner system, fabricated sidewall and power service unit panels are also included.
Optional features are radio jacks, data ports and audio input. Wipaire also has equipped the Twin Otter with Wipline 13000 floats.
Viking describes the Twin Otter Series 400 as the best-selling next-generation turboprop aircraft in its class, with a backlog now greater than $400 million.
