William Wagner of Townsend Engineering has been named treasurer of the National Business Aircraft Association (NBAA), of Washington DC. He replaces Dennis Keith, who has resigned from the NBAA executive committee and board of directors. Wagner has been with Townsend for 17 years as chief pilot and, before that, was chief pilot for Des Moines Flying Service.
