Four companies have been chosen to bid to provide network services for the US Air Force's Distributed Mission Training (DMT) programme. CACI, Computer Sciences, Science Applications International and TRW have each won $1.1 million contracts to refine proposals for the 15-year, $500 million DMT operations and integration contract to link geographically distributed simulator centres and allow the USAF to perform force-package training.
