Middle Eastern budget carrier Air Arabia is to open services to the Kyrgyz capital, Bishkek, later this year.
The airline says it will operate to the city from its Sharjah base from 4 July.
Air Arabia will fly to Bishkek four-times weekly.
The airline’s reservations system indicates that it will deploy Airbus A320s on the route.
“Direct flights to Bishkek are another testament to our efforts in connecting people across countries and cultures,” says Air Arabia chief Adel Ali.
Air Arabia’s network covers more than 170 international and domestic routes from its bases in the United Arab Emirates, Morocco and Egypt.
