IndiGo will introduce 47 new flights on its route network, with the induction of five new Airbus A320neo aircraft during the month.
As such, the airline’s frequencies will increase to 883 daily.
From 24 October, IndiGo will launch three new daily services from Bengaluru to Patna, Varanasi and Imphal (via Kolkata), respectively.
IndiGo will also operate increased frequencies connecting Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bhubaneswar, Lucknow, Guwahati and Patna.
FlightGlobal schedules data shows that IndiGo will compete with GoAir on Bengaluru-Patna, and will be the sole operator on Bengaluru-Varanasi.
IndiGo also took delivery of four A320neos in September.
