Italian carrier Neos will start serving Vietnam and Thailand this winter.
The leisure carrier says that from December it will operate to Phu Quoc, a Vietnamese island, from Milan Malpensa. The flight will then continue on to Phuket in Thailand before returning to Milan.
A Boeing 767-300ER will be used for the service, says Neos.
FlightGlobal schedules data shows no services from Milan to Vietnam. Thai Airways alone offers a link to Thailand from the Italian city, flying between Bangkok and Malpensa.
