LATAM Airlines Group will end service to Rosario in Argentina from Santiago beginning 1 October.
The Oneworld carrier says it is suspending service due to the ongoing macroeconomic softness in Argentina and the depreciation of the Argentine peso which has impacted demand for travel abroad.
LATAM will continue to operate between Rosario and Lima, it adds. The Peruvian capital will be LATAM's sole international destination from Rosario, Cirium schedules data show. The airline previously confirmed it would end service to Sao Paulo Guarulhos from 1 July.
LATAM is the only airline that operates nonstop between Rosario and Santiago, schedules data show.
