Turkish carrier Onur Air has pointed to high costs as the reason for its decision to end six domestic services.
In late October, the airline will stop flying from Istanbul Ataturk to Canakkale, Diyarbakir, Gaziantep, Malatya, Samsun and Trabzon. FlightGlobal schedules data shows that Turkish Airlines operates all these routes bar the Canakkale one. Atlasglobal is additionally present on the Gaziantep route.
Adana, Antalya, Bodrum, Gazipasa-Alanya and Izmir will remain in Onur's domestic network. The airline will also retain international routes to Berlin and Dusseldorf in Germany, Odessa in Ukraine, and Ohrid in Macedonia.
