Russian carrier UTair has been assigned two routes to the Turkish city of Istanbul, replacing the previously-designated carriers.
The Russian federal air transport regulator Rosaviatisa has disclosed the change in a communication from the country's foreign ministry.
UTair will operate between Sochi and Istanbul, instead of Rossiya, with up to seven weekly flights.
It has also been granted rights to operate the Grozny-Istanbul route weekly in place of Grozny Avia.
