Spanish electronics and IT specialist Indra (40% stake), European missile house MBDA (40%), Spanish ship builder and naval combat system provider Izar (10%) and EADS-Casa (10%)have formed a Spanish missile company INMIZE. The company provides Spain with an industrial capability to participate in the pan-European Meteor beyond visual range air-to-air missile programme.
