A new Boeing subsidiary, Boeing Space Operations, has been established to offer services to government and commercial customers. The new company will also manage the Consolidated Space Operations Contract if it is selected by NASA. The decision, which is expected to be announced on 1 July, is aimed at consolidating mission and data services for more than 100 existing and planned NASA spacecraft.
