Round-the world - British Airways and Qantas have added six new one-stop round-the world codeshare flights. Passengers from London Gatwick, Birmingham and Manchester will be able to use the alliance to connect directly to Australia, or via Paris or Frankfurt. Fairbanks flights - Lufthansa Cargo has added three weekly Frankfurt-Tokyo frequencies to its Fairbanks schedule. The flights were previously operated by Japan Airlines via Anchorage. Jet Link launch - Dutch cargo carrier Jet Link Holland was officially launched on 26 November with a converted Airbus A300B4-200F freighter. The airline will operate cargo services for parent Jet Link International from Amsterdam to Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Lufthansa lift-off - German flag carrier Lufthansa has added a new schedule from London Stansted to Munich - the first time the airline has operated from London's third airport. Lufthansa serves 11 German cities from London, Birmingham and Manchester, with Edinburgh to be added next March. Scottish connections - Air France is adding three non-stop services from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Paris Charles de Gaulle in March, doubling the number of flights between Scotland and the French capital. The services are flown by franchise partner Jersey European Airways with British Aerospace 146s from Glasgow and a wet-leased Boeing 737 from Edinburgh.
